Butterfly Pea Flower is native to South East Asia and are a deep blue color with a tinge of purple. They're generally steeped in water and consumed as hot or iced tea. The color goes from blue to purple to hot pink when the pH level changes. Adding anything with citrus changes the color. It's like magic!
